RadAuto Terms and Conditions:

IMPORTANT: Due to numerous different combinations and applications we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to answer any technical or installation questions that you might have PRIOR to ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the correct part for their specific application. Feel free to ask us any questions that you have as well, we are happy to help. We strive to make every order exactly right the first time and want you to be as happy as possible with our great prices, fast shipping, and great customer service that you will come back to us for all your needs.

Payment:

Payment is required immediately after ordering.

TAX: We are required by law to collect sales tax in Florida of 6%

Shipping Policy:

Most orders will ship the same or next business day after payment is received, given all info needed is provided.

Please provide a valid phone number, most items ship via freight and require phone numbers. 

Tracking will be provided as soon as the product ships and the tracking number is available.

Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery. Most items are shipped via Ground Service or freight depending on weight.

Orders are processed & shipped Monday thru Friday.

If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the item so that it may automatically be returned to us and notify us of the issue immediately and we will process a new order for you.

Shipping to the continental 48 States only.  

No local pick-ups

Returns:

All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after purchase date.

If an item is ordered in error or returned for any reason where we are not at fault, buyer must pay for return shipping costs and is subject to 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be brand new, un-installed, include all original items, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. and applicable return authorization number (provided by us).

Please make sure that the RMA# is clearly visible on the shipping label.

A copy of your invoice should be included, and your Return should be INSURED .

Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

If an item is refused for any reason other than being visibly damaged the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items:

All packages are inspected prior to leaving our warehouses and are in brand new factory sealed boxes from the manufacturer. If an item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such. Contact our customer service department immediately and a replacement order will be prepared for you.

If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, insurance charges for the return shipment.

**Under no circumstance should you install a portion of a damaged item.  In most cases the entire order will have to be returned.  Contact us first, and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Warranty:

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Any parts, repairs, or equipment that may be needed due to manufacturer's defect must be handled between the buyer and the manufacturer directly.
