The best way to determine what length of extension you need it so put the camper on the truck.  Then put the ball mount you'll be towing with into your stock hitch under the camper.  Use a tape measure and measure from the center of the ball where it is to where you want it to be;  usually a couple inches past the camper bumper.  This is the length of extension you will order.
