Terms & Conditions

It is the customer's responsibility to get the right part!!!

Shipping Policy:

    • Contact us with any questions PRIOR TO ORDERING.
    • Once payment is received, product will ship by next business day (unless it is freight shipment-can take 1-3 days), given all info needed is provided.  Payment is required immediately after purchase.
    • Customer must provide valid phone number, most items ship via freight and require phone numbers, PayPal does NOT provide. And NO PO Boxes.
    • Tracking will be provided as soon as the product ships and the tracking number is available.
    • Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery.  Most items are shipped via Ground Service or freight depending on weight.
    • If your item ships freight please allow up to 10 days for delivery. 
    • Orders are processed Monday thru Friday.
    • If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the item so that it may automatically be returned to us.
    • Due to the heavy weight of most of our products, if an item is ordered in error or returned for any reason where we are not at fault, buyer must pay for all shipping costs which includes the cost of the first item(s) to you (even if FREE SHIPPING), the cost to ship it back to us, insurance, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • We only ship the continental 48 States. (Sometimes Canada, email first)
    • We do NOT accept any international bidding.
    • We do NOT accept local pick-ups
    • If freight shipment your road must be accessible by semi truck & require delivery appointments, check with us prior to ordering if you have questions. And delivery is to 1st floor only, no stairs or elevators.  Curb side only.
    • If you fail to provide the proper information needed for delivery, your item will be returned and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
    • Customers shipping packages to apartments, condos, or locations where theft might occur should make special arrangements for their items.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
    • All Freight items - **You must inspect the item prior to signing for it.  As per the carrier, once you sign for the item it means you have accepted it and everything is in order.  So please make sure you unbox it and inspect it, even if the box is perfect.  If there is damage you must refuse it or you can be held responsible for accepting a damaged item.
    • Once an order has been placed it is unable to be changed or cancelled. 

Returns:

·       It is rare that there is an issue with an order, but sometimes things happen and we will make every effort to correct the problem immediately.

·         In the unlikely event that you need a return, all returns must be within 14 days of purchase,  include all original items undamaged and unused, in re-saleable condition,  all original packaging including manuals,  warranty forms, etc.  Please include a copy of the invoice with a written explanation of the reason for returning.

·         You may return merchandise purchased from RadAuto.  Provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed.

·         All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA).  An RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt.

·         Please make sure that the RMA# is clearly visible on the shipping label.

·         A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return MUST be INSURED.

 

 

Damaged Items:    All packages are inspected prior to leaving our warehouses.  If an item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such. Contact our customer service department within 3 calendar days and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you.  If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged,  you are responsible for the shipping,  handling, insurance charges for the delivery both ways, and a 15% restocking fee.  A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved.

 

Warranty:

·         All warranties are provided by the manufacturer.  Any parts,  repairs, or equipment that may be needed due to manufacturer's
defect must be handled between the buyer and the manufacturer directly.  Please refer to the listing for manufacturer information,  or feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to get you in touch with the manufacturer.
