This is the new Reese Pro Series 15k 5th wheel hitch with Kwik Slide for short bed trucks.  Part number 30076.  It INCLUDES THE RAILS AND UNIVERSAL INSTALL KIT.  Some trucks require a special bracket for installation, call or email to see if yours is one of those.  WE also have the 10 bolt version 30129 for the same price.
